We so often hear of disgruntled employees in the news. I know quite a few shop girls who are disgruntled -- for good reason. There are an unfortunate number of bosses and supervisors out there with no management skills, and apparently, no management training. These managers drive their workers crazy and ensure that productivity falls off due to their poor management techniques.
